BSC, Inc. was established in 1988 to provide data and item processing services to financial institutions within the state of Kentucky. Since that time, BSC has continued to expand and is now able to provide those same services to institutions in Indiana, Tennessee, Ohio, and West Virginia. BSC provides its customer financial institutions with complete data, item and image processing solutions, along with additional related programs, with software from Fiserv.

Bill Delker
Bill Delker is the head of Programming and Development for BSC. He has over 34 years of experience in banking computer services and has been with BSC since 1989.
Dan Masters
Dan Masters is the head of Operations for BSC. Dan oversees all bank services functions including data processing, item processing, and bookkeeping. With more than 30 years of banking experience, including 10 years as a data center president, Dan joined BSC in 2005.
Tammy Chandler
Tammy Chandler is the Data and Item Processing Manager of BSC. Her responsibilities include overseeing Night Operations, ACH Processing, EFT services, and Statements. Tammy has over 14 years of experience in related banking services.
Debbie Vehige
Debbie Vehige is the Administrative Manager and Security Officer of BSC. Her responsibilities include overseeing billing, contracts, audits and examinations. Debbie's banking experience includes item processing, bookkeeping, and Operations Specialist.
